I made 147 HP on a 150 shot with a 900 psi. bottle pressure. Does anyone know a formula for calculating how much more/less the hp would be with different pressure? Say it was at 1150 psi, how much more than 147 HP would it be? Any ideas?
It may not be any more! If your current fuel jetting is correct, it probably won't be any more at all. Nitrous actually starts to become gaseous when the pressure gets somewhere around 1200 psi (can't remember exact number) and more. This will make less horsepower than liquid NO2. Stick with 900-1000 psi and get the fuel setting correct.
You would definitely want some A/F readings or some EGT numbers... Personally, and this is coming from someone who has an addiction to N2O, LEAVE IT THE HELL ALONE!!! If you're not familiar with nitrous use DON'T start second guessing the mfg... The best pressure to run is 900-1000 psi; I would suggest you leave it alone there. Once you're more familiar with it and have either A/F meter or EGT gauge then you can start playing with the fuel pressure +/- 2 lbs at a time while watching the gauge; you'd be amazed at the gains you can pick up. N2O mfg's jet their fuel side conservatively and there's always a little more to be found there, but unless you KNOW what you're doing I wouldn't suggest it. They do that to keep your engine on the safe side; figuring their warnings about you following their directions (and not listening to someone like me :D ) to be the best thing.

You know...I didn't even pay attention to the fact that he was running a dry kit. Sorry. My opinion in that light? Definitely leave it the hell alone...I don't trust dry kits, particularly if we're talking stock bottom end/stock flowing injectors.
