Tried this in Scan and Tune and didn't get so much as a nibble. Don't like to post all over, but desperate for an answer.
I have three codes. Make that two.
14 - I have replaced the temp sensor and conector. Connector had yellow and black wires, harness has pink and tannish colored wires. What is the correct matchup? Not getting voltage on either wire with key on or motor running.
42 - Replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ignition coil, module and pickup coil tested OK. Timing is set correctly, Cranks and runs but blows alot of smoke for about 20 seconds after startup. What wires do I need to be checking and for what?
54 - fixed this with replacement of fuel pump relay.
Could this all be the product of a bad ECM or is that just my lazy way of thinking? Could just one driver set have gone out? My brain is starting to cramp! Any help you could offer is appreciated.
So far 8 people have looked and no one has a clue? I don't feel quite as dumb now. Time to head to bed now. Don't like to work on the Vette after midnight (unless the neighbor has me really pissed off or the wife has a headache). For now I'll keep driving the Acura thinking "My other car really is a Vette."

check a wiring diagram, maybe it will show which goes to what :yesnod:

what colour is the smoke?
Smoke is black and you can definitely smell the gas, but this clears up after a few and revving the motor helps speed this along. If you let it idle the smoke lasts a while longer.
