extra fuel lines?

extra fuel lines?
I was checking the spare tire under the car today, and when I had it off, I took a flashlight and wanted to check everything that I couldn't see with the tire on.
I have 2 fuel lines (I think that are cut off and just sitting there. This scares me. What could this be??

The Vette has 3 lines from the rear to the engine: Fuel Supply, Fuel Return, and Vapor Line from Evap Cannister. The Gas Tank has 3 lines out of it: Fuel Supply, Fuel Return, and Vapor line to the Evap Cannister (see them under the Filler Boot) The Evap Cannister has 2 lines: From the Gas Tank, and To the Engine.
Assuming all the hardware is in place (ie, no one has removed the Evap Cannister), the only other hoses in that region are drain hoses. One is from the Gas Tank Filller Boot. Pour some water into the Boot and see where it exits. My 95 has no other hoses in that area, so I don't know what your second hose is from.
