Did you properly bed the brakes after installing the new pads?
:iagree: Someone may have a better suggestion, but accelerate to 30 mph, make a smooth stop, repeat at tem mph increments to 60 or 70. Leave a little distance betweeen each increment. your purppose is not to overheat the brakes, rather to bed the surface of the pad with the roter

Do not come to a complete stop. As you will be transeferring pad material to the rotor durring brake in procedures.
Find a empty area, stop from 50-10, 60-10, 70-10, and depending on your driving style, 100-10 using moderate braking force.
