The quick answer is no. The wiper motor gets in the way.
There are some valve covers that will fit and clear roller rockers, depending on the brand. I assume that is your plan?
Hopefully someone else who actually has aftermarket VC's will chime in. :lurk:

I have the Edlebrock Elite series valve covers. They barely clear the wiper motor. On the left cover I used bolts to mount it because the studs were too darn tough to get the cover over the with the wiper motor there. I don't know if these will clear the tuned port tho, sorry. Maybe you can tell from looking at the picture:

I had the tall GM Performance Parts aluminum racing covers on my 85 and to make them clear the wiper motor I had to shorten the wiper mounts and trim the plastic cover and they worked. But now I have the same covers but shorter and they clear my roller rockers and wiper motor no problem.
