Re: Brakes??? (SurgRes)
 Not sure how many problems you have
When you say roters don't fit, don't fit what? Do you have (existing) 12 or 13 Inch brakes?
The studs(wheel) are not attached to the roters, so a broken stud has to be removed from the bearing assembly. Roters simply slide over the studs, but since you state you already have it apart, I guess you know that
As far as removing a broken stud from the bearing assembly, there was a thread on this recently. Sorry, other than drilling it out, I can't remember the solution
Man, don't talk to me about brakes. I had a "mushy" brake pedal and no time to fool around with it. I brought it to Newman Cchevrolet in E Hartford. $1,321 later I had a new set of brakes. Never again. :mad :cry
The studs are pressed in.Place a lug nut on the end of the stud (so you don't mushroom it) and wack it a few good licks with a hammer.Don't be scared. It might take a few good wacks. If there is not enough thread left, use a punch. You can get new studs at any autoparts store.
