Default No response from Carputing...

I am entertaining the idea of getting the edit program from Carputing. I explained to them by e-mail (since I saw no phone number on their web page) that since installing the hot cam, I need to reprogram my vette. I haved not heard from them yesterday nor today. Do they not respond to emails? Do they have a telephone number for the public?

My e-mail seems to working OK. Now I am wondering if I really had a problem, would anyone be there to help me with their product? I think I may need to search elsewhere for another program.

Unfortunately for the OBDII guys, Carputing is the only game in town.

Same here -- I bought mine about 1-1/2 years ago. They bent over backwards helping me out with a rush shippment and even helped fix a corrupt file prefiously flashed by a 'professional' tuner.

Well, perhaps their support is not what it used to be. I still have no word 10 days later. Actually, the factory program is not too bad with the hot cam. I think I'll cool off on the buying of the edit program until I learn more about the company. Thanks for the responses.

I just ordered mine and had prompt responses every time I sent them e-mail. They might have had a minimum wage guy handling some of the email. Did you ask any technical questions? Try sending them a simple email asking if their email is functional, and that you didn't appreciate the lack of response. I'd do it nicely at first cause these guys have been rather easy to get along with. I sent them technical questions and the guy that fielded mine was very prompt and knowledgeable. They're good people, but there are bad apples everywhere.

I guess my first experience was an anomoly. I just sent another e-mail. I am glad to hear that others are having good experiences since they are the only game in town. Thanks for the input.

I stand corrected! I just got an excellent response on my last e-mail. (fast, too!)
