Hey, I am putting 3 gauges up my pillar, I have the single pod, and waiting for the dual pod to come in. I was wondering If you put the single on top, or below the dual pod?
Simple question, just got curious.
And If anyone cares, Im running Autometer Pro-Comp Ultra Lite Gauges
Fuel Pressure
Boost
Air/Fuel (Dont know how useful it will be, but it will look cool)
Re: [PAGING BLACK BART] Pillar Pod Question (StealDads67)
I have the single on the bottom but that is because I already had the double installed. You can put it on the top or bottom if you are installing them all at the same time but you must modify them to make them fit. I got mine fitting good enough that you can't tell that they are not all one piece. Don't use the two sided tape it won't hold use trim screws with the washer on them just like the trim on the car has now. :leaving:
Re: [PAGING BLACK BART] Pillar Pod Question (StealDads67)
Thanks.....
Considering I already have your attention, and this thread is as good as dead.......I would ask
You have no numbers posted of how much power your putting out, What kinda E.T. s your running or anything like that. I was wondering, What kinda number you got hiding in that thing.... Im really curious
a 406 with Boost and juice has to be disgusting! Do you drive it often? Is it tame? What are the cam specs? Come on, shed some light
EDIT :After going through some archives, I have come to the conclusion your not one to build and tell..... So sorry to bather asking/annoying you. Killer setup, I know that much
Re: [PAGING BLACK BART] Pillar Pod Question (black bart)
Sounds like you are bragging I'LL leave that to those with the fast cars. :jester
:lolg: :lolg: :lolg:
Posting all of your mods is bragging enough. Numbers are just meaningless at that point........but I still want a ride! :D :D :D
Don't even waste your money on double sided tape, or velcro buttons or any other crap like that. Don't even use the plastic rivets that come with the pods. I tried all three and wasted about $15.
