Vapor lock or not?
I live in las vegas the current temp is 115F, I drive my car for about 20 minutes and the engine temp ends up at about 200 – 220F.
Then the throttle starts to sputter and when I turn it off the car has a hard time starting.
The fuel rails are very hot.
Things I have replaced too try to salve the problem:
New fuel pump
Accel 30 lb./hr. injectors
MAT Sensor Relocating Kit
New MAT Sensor
New Throttle Position Sensor
Two new O2 Sensors
New radiator fluid Temp Sensor
Throttle Performance Switch
New Opti Spark Distributor Cap Kit
Hypertech 160 Degree Thermostat
Throttle Body By-Pass (I just used a new hose)
Rebuilt ECM
Manual fan switch
The only thing I can think of know is the fuel regulator.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Can't help with the problems once your up to temp, but the warm/hot hard starting might be due to the bigger injectors. Good luck, hope you find better help
Look around for vacuum leaks.
Just a guess here, but try removing the throttle performance switch. That along with the bigger injectors maybe flooding or causing a rich condition.
If I leave the AC off it runs between 185-195
which is good except it about 115F right know :mad
So I dieing from the heat.
