start up enrichment VS coolant temp?

If I needed to lean my car out at cold start-up....Is this where I would start?
BLM's like to hang out at 110-114 cold

If you are getting readings then you car is in closed loop right? Which means it's not looking at the start up enrich. You want to look at the load value and the idle rpm. Adjust that # to correct your idle BLM also make sure you are keeping your FP the same, and your injector constant are set right. Think of the enrich as a choke.
