Default Modification questions

I currently have these mods on my 91 Speed Density L-98 auto Vette and Marcho burned a chip for me to eleminate my EGR code after I installed true dual exhaust with no cats, stock mufflers:

Air foil
MSD 6 with remote coil
Cut stock filter lid with K&N
Relocated MAT sensor
Ported Plenum
Air pump eleminator
Removed frisbee

Marcho was aware of the above when he burned a chip for me.

The following are modes I am fixing to make:

Accel large tube runners and base intake manifold
Port match all components and rebuild heads with some mild porting, that I will do myself, along with triple cutting the valves and LT4 springs.
1.6 full roller rockers, leaving the stock cam
At this time I will probable ceramic coat the stock exhaust manifolds, removeing the tube obstructions in the tubes first.

Will I need additonal programming?
Will my stock injectors be large enough?
Will I need to replace my stock throttle body with a 52mm?

Any help would be great!
I've emailed Marcho a couple of times with no response so I hope there is someone here that will help me and maybe do some programming for me if needed.

Thanks in advance!

Since you asked - based on my experience:

1. Programming: The stock chip should run it pretty well as long as you are not changing cams. At the worst it will need a little clean up in the idle region. Take some datalogs after you get it running again - see how it looks. A little program tweaking later is not a big deal.

2. Injectors: Stock 22 lb inj are more than adequate. However if you are still running the originals, after 12 years they are due for replacement. Do it now and save having to tear it apart again later.

3. TB: There is no need to replace the TB if the old one is in good condition. Spend the money on a better cam while you have it apart.

What do you recommend for a camshaft and injectors?

I would suggest a LPE/Accel 74211 cam or a similar grind. With this cam your stock tuning should work well with little or no additional tuning. This cam will give you a good low end and mid range boost with a decent top end as well. Specs are 211/219 duration at .050, this cam is gound on a 114 LSA. Lift is around .525/.535 with 1.6 rockers. I am not positive about the lift but you can find the exact lift on LPEs website.

If you order this cam be sure to specify what engine you are going to use it in. LT1 engines can use this same cam but with a longer dowel pin and a optispark distributor dowel pin hole drilled into the core. You can use a LT1 cam in a L98 as long as you drive the dowel pin into the cam to get the correct dowel pin length for a L98.

A 52mm TB would make a good addition to this cam installation.
