I've been trying to deal with this code 13 the past year and can't seem to get to the root of the problem. Oxgen Sensor Circuit in open loop - doesn't seem to effect the performance in any way - but it's annoying to have the check engine light come on and stay on. Any suggestions out there in Corvette land? :banghead:

check and clean the connector to the O2 sensor. Get a scan tool to see if its even responding or measuring.........if not replacement may be required......or you have a bad ground
