replacing 91 sunvisors
I'm replacing my lighted mirror sunvisors on my 91 vette. I took off the plastic molding but don't know how to remove the washer & spring. Is there a special tool or way to pop them out? :banghead:

Mine had a small nut holding down the washer and spring. I used a small screw driver to pry the spring and washer off. Make sure you place your free hand over the spring as you pry, otherwise you'll have to get on your hands and knees to locate these items.

REPLACING?? I guess I am the only one who punted the visors altogether. I have better visibility (no more crouching to see traffic lights) and far less cockpit noise. The overall impression as I get into the car is less clutter - esthetics are improved. I can honestly say that I have never missed having them above or sideways.
