94 C4 LT1 Stumbling Problem

94 C4 LT1 Stumbling Problem
I have a engine stumble when I place the car in 6th and apply the gas under load.... It is very upsetting... It happens when the car is driven at 55 + and I give it gas to accelarate.... The car stumbles, jerks, and makes a poping noise that shakes the whole car.... Ive replaced the wires and plugs....It only does this after the car has reached the 200 mark on the temp guage....Does anyone know what could be going bad or what is bad ?????
Ive been told that it maybe the coil breaking down.... But the car works fine a high RPM's ..... When the problem starts the car does the same jerking n all gears under load.... IE taking off.... Hitting the gas from a slow roll....
Please HELP ........

Before you invest in an opti I would check the O2 sensors. I had a similar problem and it was the left O2 sensor. Just a thought. Good luck. :banghead: :cheers:
