just had stainless exhaust w/cat and dynomax mufflers installed--- sounds mean---- however, the rumble at 2000rmp is making me go deaf-- i guess i will be crawling under the car and see if all hangers and connections were properly installed-- any suggestions/thoughts would be appreciated :smash:
What exhaust did you have installed exactly? The Flowmaster/Borla/Magnaflow are all going to have that "resonance" Try adding a cross-over tube, I think it helps...
i believe i was told they were dynomax--- i to confirm when i get under the car--- i think the name is stamped on the outside of the mufflers.--- thanks for your thoughts--- i guess i have to live with it --- i alreadly got $1100 invested in the installation and parts--- putting i a crossover pipe --i assume involves removing the new "y" installed behind the new cat and replacing it? :iagree: thanks for your input ---
I have an '84 vette....using the best "FLOWMASTER".......with the ZR1 tips.....
