A untrained Monkey could do it. just losen the bolts with the belt ON, b/c it will aid in breaking the bolts lose. the Alt pulley take it to Autozone or NAPA. You need an impact. zip off, zip on. other than that, it's A, B,C .....123..... I don't even reccomend doing it. I had the TPIS 3pc pulley kit... What did it do....I don't know. nothing for all i know. I put my stock stuff back on. I rather put the $140 to head work, LT1 manifold, Computers, etc.... don't bother with it. If you have that much money... give me some!
Working your #113 heads would cost a few hundred $$:
-get a copy of David Vizard's book on building a SBC
-get the Standard Abrasive's porting kit
-get a Sears high speed grinder & speed reducer
-install 2.00"/1.55" SS valves
-have the heads skim cut & a 3-angle valve job
-install 7/16" studs & 1.6:1 full RRs. with hardened guides & push rods and Ti retainers.
So pocket porting is just one part of working the heads, but is worth around 25-30chp.
