Water under my vette
I've only had my 96 for about a month and have noticed that whenever I shut the engine down I accumulate a large amount of water under the engine. I put a cup under it and it is water, not antifreeze. I measured about a cup and a half one time. Is this normal? :confused:

if its just plain water its most likely the condensation from your A/C
if you are using your A/C before you turn your car off and you see water more towards the passenger side then yes that is condensation from your A/C and yes it is normal.

I even like the SC licence plate saying, "Nothing could be finer." On a Vette, no truer words have been spoken, and it even matches my Vette. When ya comin down?

Lake Norman, near Charlotte, all the NASCAR guys live there and Lake Murray near Columbia, SC. I live near Lake Wylie with the rest of the "common folk" :cheers:
