weatherstripping from ZIP
has anyone used ZIP products weatherstripping? I just received the coupe kit and the rubber is soft but is hollow not foam filled like original. Has the weatherstripping changed from 1987 to this style or do I just have a cheap imatation product? any help? :confused:

get it from gmpartsonline, they seem to be real close to the copies and it is real GM. There is another one, Corvette Rubber or something that supposedly is the manufacturer for GM. Do a search and you will find it. I have heard too many horror stories about fitment of the aftermarket stuff. I bought an aftermarket rear hatch and it isn't a great fit. It is a functional fit, but I question how long it is going to last due to the stretch on the corners.
