This might sound weird but I can't seem to get the Inside of my Windshield clean...After cleaning I see streaks smudges etc. What's the best

I don't use any cleaner on the inside of my winshield, just a clean cotton cloth. Every cleaner that I have tried leaves a cloudy windshield.

1. Windex - the blue kind with ammonia, not that green with vinegar crap.
2. Use newspaper to wipe with, not paper towel or cloth. Use the black/white section only, not the comics, and not glossy ads.

You will not be disappointed.

Tough to out perform STONER-INVISIBLE GLASS. Use paper towel to clean, and a new towel to wipe dry.

Stoner is available at most auto stores...

If you are applying a "dressing" to the dash, the evaporation may leave a "smudge" that will require a little more effort.

I've been wanting to try Mother's Plastic Cleaner. The reason being, most of the 'film' and 'streaking' you see on the inside of windshield and glass is from the plasticizers (the chemical compounds that make the dash flexible) being released as the vinyl slows deteriorates from UV radiation. From what I've heard, Mother's Plastic Cleaner is good about removing this type of film as its also the root cause of the plastic windows on most convertibles filming over with age. A good dash protectant (one with UV blocking agents) will help reduce the dash from aging as quick. However you still will get the 'film' on your windows as the protectant breaks down from the UV instead of your dash.

Mike, try buffing out the smudges the next morning with a dry cotton towel.
