headlights go down but not up !
i gotta use the little turn thing to get my driver side headlight up but when i turn it off boom it goes right down nice and dandy. what do i have to do to get it to work
i dont think i could be the motor because it goes down fine but just not up :confused:
im not real good with taking things apart and putting them back togeather but my dad and i could do it
what should i do any help would be great :cheers:

does it make a clunkin sound? Most likely, tis the gears inside the motor. Easy fix, atelast it was on my 93
edit, mine were the bushings.. .could be teh gears too. Either way, its still a cheap fix

on my 89 there is a 5 inch square box mounted on the drverside wheel well in front of the tire.... it says "guide" on it...at any rate try unplugging it and cleaning the terminals and plugging it back in...mine had a little corrosion on it and would do exactly the same as yours...cleaned up plugged back in and been fine since :thumbs:
