When I have only the aux driving lamps on, my headlamps glow. It doesn't matter if I have them up or not. When I turn the headlamps on, they work perfectly, high/low. It is when I turn them off, but leave the aux driving lamps on, is when they glow. Where would they be getting a trickle of juice?
Return-ground- runs through the headlights from the driving/fog lights.
Did you upgrade to 50 watt fog lights? You need to split the ground in two and ground each one.

I have the same thing, but actually never noticed whether its with the fogs on or not. I will have to check it. I always thought the car was just giving me a hand with lighting up the engine bay since I'm always under there :jester :D
Mine did the same thing when I put the 50w fog light bulbs in it, I fixed it by grounding the foglights to the frame where the horn is. I think it was the green wire, the purple one goes to the switch. Also had to put a larger fuse in the car.
