Help please, water temp rising!!!
Just changed the water pump & all the hoses on my 96LT1. Also, after hearing all the horror stories about Dexcool, I flushed out the cooling system and replaced the fluid with the "green stuff". The water temp is now running about 230 degrees, where previously the highest it ever ran was 203 degrees.
Also, I fixed the infamous "oil leak" from the back of the intake manifold, since we had the time. Thanks in advance for your help.
