Default Who replaced Jeff Kopp???

I know this has been asked a million times, but....... I can't seem to find it.

Three questions:

1.) What's his name & phone number?

2.) Do we still get the great pricing through this guy?

3.) How fast can they usually get a part to you? ( looking to possibly get a rear transmission seal, clutch fork & ball stud, & pilot bushing before Saturday)

Thanks in advance guys!

David

His name is Chris.

There has been some debate over the new prices, but I have not dealt with him personally.

I would expect the same level of service, I have not heard of any problems there.

Default Jeff Kopp??? Cluster lens'

GUYS; Just letting you know that I received an email back from the company mentioned and seems like as far as lens' at least it's no longer the go.

QUOTE:
The clusters can be repaired(lens replaced). However, I cannot purchase
them.
What I would do is send the cluster in to a repair facility that GM uses for
repair and replacement.
It is quite pricey. I would need to get the part number off of the back of
your cluster to get you a price.
Thanks

Questionable. I have lost some faith in the prices since Chris took over. Havent bought anything from them since. When Jeff was there, I was hard pressed to find better prices, now I can. Not sure if it is Chris, GM, the dealership, or just my perception.

I preferred working with Jeff :(

Jeff was real good about sending stuff out quickly (usually same day). Havent bought anything since Chris, so I dont know.

Thanks for the info guys.

Well, I ordered my clutch, pressure plate, t.o. bearing & pilot bearing from Chris May at Superior. It cost $400.30 + shipping. Fair price I think. Probably could have gotten a better price, but not GM parts....promised in two days... with great costomer service.

I'm pretty happy with the deal Chris gave me (assuming he keeps his promise & I get the stuff before the weekend).

I got the fork & ball stud from TLD in order to have them by the weekend. I hope they're as good as the GM parts.

Thanks again,
David

You might check-out this dealer for prices and service: http://www.samtaylor.com/html/parts.html

I have delt with Jason Cromer before, he is a good guy and if you're in the SE, can't beat the location.
