rear swaybar install
is it possible to install a rear bar without dropping the exhaust?
1996 LT4 Z51 car
removing 24mm installing 26mm rear bar.

No problem on my 1990. Just remove one rear tire to pull the bar out the side. But I don't carry a spare tire - maybe that has to be removed also?

I got the spare tire down. looks like the exhaust has to be dropped................................. ..................................

I installed my bar without touching the OEM exhaust.
Just don't install the bar upside down...you wouldn't be the first to do this...it will install incorrectly, but will handle very weird.

Me too, I did have to remove the spare tire and carrier. Never put the spare back on :cheers:

:cheers: Getting the bar in and out is less of a hazzle if you drop the muffler end of the exhaust, no need to disconnect the Y Pipe
