Valve seals
I've been reading a lot of posts in archive and found many different
opinions on what valve seals should be installed.
This is a poll about lower seals only ( positive type, not umbrellas ), not the o-rings.
So, where do you have valve seals installed?

My '88 (#113 heads) had both O-rings and lower seals on intake & exhaust so I got a set of each from my local Chevy dealer and installed all new seals on both int & exh.
However, I did toss the tin oil shedders that were on top of the stock springs.
