Help! Idle problems return
Ok, for the last couple of weeks i've been having idle problems and now the car will not start at all. It will fire then immediatley die. I've cleaned the IAC valve, checked the MAF sensor, checked all the vaccum lines (found a couple of broken lines and replaced). I am completely out of ideas. It still does the same thing. So far nothing has worked. :banghead: Last month i put in a gm remain ecm could that be the problem.

I forgot to mention that i've replaced the fuel filter. Also the fuel pump was replace by the previous owner about 20,000 miles ago. The car has 110,000 miles on it. My problems began while driving in a bad rain storm last month and i 've been having problems since. I first thought it was water in the gas so i drained the tank and replaced the fuel filter. (didn't fix) Then i checked and cleaned the iac (didn't fix) found a broken vaccum line to the egr valve fixed that (problem still there) i also checked the maf sensor (probelm still there) All in all i'm on my last straw with this particular vette. :mad
