I think so...last time I looked over on the Z28 forum they were still having the problem. I used an expensive (1) piece urethane pan gasket & reused the factory oil pan stiffening rails. I had to modify/clearance the pass side stiffening rail to clear the formed divot in the pan for the dipstick tube. Mine doesn’t leak but many have. Also if you purchase one, remove the trap doors & clean the inside out with some thinner. Mine was brand new directly fron Canton & it was full of crud left over from manufacturing.
