Perhaps someone can answer this for me.
: Recently the fuse for the power door locks blew. I think it was during a time the battery was being changed. NOW, the passenger side door cannot be unlocked as it seems the power locking system blew in the locked position. The fuse box is on this side and I cannot open the door with key or manually attempting to unlock inside.
Is their a way to jump the lock system to get the door lock to open ?
: What can I do?

You should be able to just slide the lock over with your hand and also with the key, sounds like you have bigger problems. I'm no expert with this stuff.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery. If the actuator still has power it may be holding itself in the locked position. Other than that my only suggestion is a slim jim and a bit of luck. :smash:
