Cooling problem.
This is what's happening when I start the Vette the temp seems to shot right up all the way to maybe 230 than at some point it drops and will run cool. doesn't matter outside temp it could be 90s or 60s. I drove all the way to work the otherday and it never droped the whole way I thought it was going to over heat.
I changed the thermostat already, any ideas.
This has been happening since the engine went back it.

Sounds like maybe an air lock impeeding coolant flow,then at some point it breaks the lock.
Or maybe a bad sender not alowing fan to kick in at the right time.

Fans seem to kick in, I tried refilling it and bleeding any air out with no luck
