From '85-'91, though the fuel rails changed through these years, they were the same GM part # for 5.7L engins in both F & Y body cars for any given year. Of course GM had a separate fuel rail part # for the 5.0L engines in the F body cars.
Further, my fuel injector guide shows only GM 350 part #s from '85-'89, with no distinction between F & Y body applications.
So, the injectors from a F body 5.7L should fit a Y body application of the same year.
