Bose Speakers
I have front and back Bose speaker systems out of a 1990 Vette, what other years will they fit??? Also am having problems figuring out how to get the shift **** and button off my Automatic transmission.

1990-1996 bose systems were basically all the same..just the face plates on the cd players were different...the speakers and amps should all be the same but for some reason there are designations for convertible and coupe...backs are different on conv. then coupe.
the button on the shifter just pops out ..use a small screwdriver to get the button out then you willl need snap ring pliers to get the ring off the shifter ****.

Don't know if these are off a coupe or convertible. They are going on ebay ASAP. Need some for a 86. The individual misunderstood (??). But I got a fair deal so didn't send them back. I would trade them for 86 speaker boxes. These look to be in great shape. Thanks for the reminder on the snap ring pliers. I've experienced that before but had forgot.
