AFR 190's are the cream of the crop, but not $1850 for a used set of heads.

Be sure to not just compare max list values. I like to like them up side by size and take the difference between CFM at each value for valve lift of the head you are comparing it to. A very good assumption is for every 1 CFM its ~2HP gained. So a head that can flow 20CFM more, will give you ~40HP increase.
On a 383, these heads will perform every bit as good as on my 406. So you can imagine the power you will make and that 219 cam will work awesome with the intake and these heads.
