I'm sure my luck will turn to worse when i get to the driver's side ... EVENTUALLY....
This isn't that bad. The problem is the alt/ac support brackets where it uses a stud to hold the header on as well as the support brackets. I measured the distance from the head to the outside of the brackets (before dis assembly). I also included the depth of the bolt hole and a nut (used for a standoff or spacer) that was the length of the bolt required. I also had to grind a little off the support brackets so they wouldn't hit the tubes of the headers. The rest is pretty easy.

Tom, I've had good luck with http://www.snapfish.com hosting pics. Give them a try. I would like to see how you did the alt and ac brackets.

I had to grind the lip off my stock bolts to fit them there.

Also, something that you must do is use the silver bolts that came in the header kit to bolt your pipes to them. If you try to use the studs out of the factory manifolds, they will give the apearance of working but will in fact fall out or strip out the threads in the flanges. The flanges are tapped slightly larger than the factory studs.
