Will the GM Fluidamper fit on an LT1/4 engine with the Optispark in place?
Either size (6 3/4 or 8 in) Assuming the engine is internally balanced and the crank is keyed for the damper.

ATI makes a SFI approved damper for the F and Y body LT1/4 engines. I doubt that the GMPP unit will fit. although I can't say for sure. And even if you did manage to get it to fit, what are the plans for driving the accessories? The serpentine belt groves are intergal to the balancer on the LTx series engines.

It will not fit. The standard V8 dampner has an offset to the timing cover and the LT1/4 is offset to the front of the car to clear the Optispark.
