While mine was in for something else, I had the dealer go ahead and do a complete trans flush and filter change as the car just turned 60K. It cost me $130...

Actually, while the dealers and trans shop have a machine for this, you can do it without special tools but I'm told it can be messy. I believe you disconnect one of the lines to the trans cooler and let the trans pump itself out while you're simultaneously adding new AT fluid. Once you see it pumping out the new pink stuff, you're done. PLEASE do a search of the archives for more detailed instructions as this was just general info and only to the best of my recollection...
