Have Miniram - does it need more porting?
Have Miniram III - does it need more porting? For the money spent... I am looking to get a lot of power/flow outta this thing...What should I do?
The part came port matched to gasket already.

What heads are you going to use that with? And does yours mount with
6 bolts on each side or 4?
Based on what mine looks like, I wouldn't think any additional porting would
do good.

no additional porting. the cam is nice and should idle nicely with the wider LSA.

I have the fast burns and the intake looks to use the late model 6 bolts attachment setup. Fastburn have both vortec(8) and late model intake holes.

Thanks for the info. That's the way mine is too - 6 bolts on each side with
the center two machined for either straight or angled bolt holes. I'm running
the fastburn heads too. I was curious because I bought mine on ebay and
it was advertised as a miniram III but then I didn't know how to tell for
sure. It does have raised ports to match the fastburn heads.
What intake gasket are you going to run?
Thanks,
Dan

Whatever they put in the box! I'm not too picky as long as it's not in the way of the intake port. I always use plenty of gasket maker-no cork.
