Have I mentioned before how much I love my garage?
Yes. :mad

I do feel your pain though. If it's not one thing it's 15 others.
Pretty much sums it up, eh?

I have 4 lousy ground wires to attach, and guess what? It started to RAIN again...

I am really beginning to feel karmically challanged today... :cuss

I could be rude and tell you to go buy one of those easy up tents and then not worry about the weather. They cost about $100 for a 10'x10'. Come in handy for other things as well, like shade when it's 100* outside in the sun.

Keep us posted and good luck.

well... I am all wireed up, no fire... cranks, kills the battery, but no start.

I am about ready to pack it in for today....

I have been in regular communication with Bob, tho, and he is trying to find the answer, but he is unfamiler with the 92 wiring arraingment.

Never heard that one before. I'm sure you'll figure it out.

BTW, although it's not quite as bad as the annoyance you are going through... I had a bird poopie on my car WHILE I was washing it. I had just turned the water off and grabbed my absorber when bingo, 3 places. I said a few choice words and turned the water back on.

The car was still wet!

Answer question - LTCC - replaces the high voltage side of the optispark with 8 LS1 coils.

And YES - IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT'S ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have driven it, now... and I have a low RPM miss... get moving, it goes away....

I am thinking spark plug wires. It has been 20 years since I last assembled a set of wires in the manner (got the unversal Taylors) I am gonna check all my crimps and such in the morning. Also, make sure all 8 boots are down right and tight.

Finally, and most importantly, Thank you, one and all! Without you guys, I woulda been in one bad way!!!!!!!

what is an lLTCC?
Actually it is LTCC = LT1 to LS1 Coil Conversion. Only uses the Opti for the high res and low res signals. Takes the rotor (high voltage) portion out of it. Uses the 8 coil configuration of the LS1 engine and adapts it to the LT1/4 engine design.

Good job bogus. Keep us posted on the misfire. I need to learn more since I might be next to do this.

This miss fire was, as I expected, my fault. I had not crimped the ends down on the coil side thoroughly enough.

The tach and ASR are now WORKING!

The last white wire... its the one OFF of the tach filter, thats the one you need!!!!
