Wil a LT1 intercooler fit
Seen some pics of the ATI LT1 intercooler that gose in place of the Air filter
encloser and was wondering if it will work on a 90-91 tpi set up with some plumbing modifications

If your radiator housing is the same as the 92 and up C4 then yes it will fit with some modifications to the intake plumbing. Is the 91 L98 blower mounted on the drivers side? And doesn't it come with a intercooler kit as well?

The L98 supercharger gets mounted on the opposite side
and it dose come with an intercooler kit but I want to aviod
running the pipes under the car for clearance.The pipes that
connect to the intercooler hang too low

I am sure it can be done but it will be a totally custom fab job. If your radiator sits like a 92 and up the ATI will fit in their but their air filter and intake track is routed to the right side wheel well. So in essence yours would be just the opposite.
