Brake leak?
I was driving yesterday on my way home and when I pressed the brake the pedal it went an extra inch or inch and a half deeper then usual before the brakes really took hold. I also noticed the red brake light turning on in the car so on my next stop I lifted the hood and noticed that the first master cylinder bottle only had like 1/2 inch of brake fluid left. I stopped at Canadian tire and bought some brake fluid and filled up the bottle and drove home.
I've read a few things in the past about if you have a leak in the brake lines that the master cylinder would go to the secondary cylinder to make the car stop, I'm guessing that's the feeling I have when I press the brake pedal.
I'm guessing I have a leak somewhere, any suggestions before I bring in the car to be checked?
Ps: I had the rotors changed a few weeks ago and filling up the mater cylinder bottle seems to have help with the braking.

Start with the master itself, check for leakage inside and outside of firewall.
Then check each wheel and if still can't find the leak start tracing each individual line.
It's going somewhere !!
I looked arround the Master cylinder yesterday but didnt' see anything.
How would I look inside the fire wall?
