Default frisbee

Listen I just took off the frisbee
What kind of performance can I look foward to?
After I was done I took it for a ride, and I dont know if it was a physc thing or what but I felt a big difference.
More than when I put on a new BBK 52 mm TB
Anyone

:iagree: But taking even a little weight off the crankshaft ought to help a little

I just took mine off today and it seems be a little more rev happy although it may just be in my head. Didn't notice any more vibration from taking it off.

A frisbee is a metal disk bolted to the front of the water pump pulley on later L98 cars. I put mine back on, I had vibrations at higher revs with the A/C on. Was fine when I wasn't running the A/C, revved a little quicker without the frisbee, may have been quicker, don't have any times to compare.

There is a write up of the late L98 "frisbee" on my site (link in my sig. below). The one shown is for the '88 & '89 Vette "frisbee"; the '90 & '91 units had a thinner center disk with a heavy outer metal rim.

Removal of the "frisbee" is worth about 10chp gain.
