OVERFLOW TANK IS OVERFLOWING!!
ive been though a lot this past week putting aparted out vette together, a specaial thanks to mr. shoupe for dropping his 86 off at my house for me to refrence... now to the problem/too many liquids.... the over flow tank is overflowing after temp reaches 200 only goes to about 219 wiht a 195 thermostat in it.... any suggestions.?the upper radiator hose is a little warm when running around 210 is that ok? and i have the clutch letting go near the floor give or take 1 inch. how do i correct this? it is a hydraulic clutch :sad: :banghead: :banghead: :cuss :cuss :mad :cuss :cuss :cuss :cuss

A new rad cap would probably cure your the puking.
Maybe bleeding clutch hydraulics will help

i agree it could be this also, but it wont necessarily be putting water in the oil even if its pumping compression into the cooling system.

Did you do any work on the cooling system before this started and if so, outline what you did.

Any air bubbles in the radiator?
