What are the chances, do you think, to successfully modify the stock seats for should harnesses? I would not think it would be that difficult to place 2 or 1 holes in the seat for the harnesses to go through. Some creative cutting and stich work, along with the plastic inserts from any of the aftermarket seat manufacturers should work, shouldn't it?
Would look cool but since the back of the seat is held in place with a rather flimsy latch it would not pass inspection for any type of racing. If you are doing it for looks then it would work but if you had a crash they will not hold that is why seat belts are never bolted to a seat it would tear the seat out they need to be bolted to something a lot stronger than the leanback of a seat.
