Decent Long Tube Headers?

In their "Products/Engine Performance" section, they offer Jet Coated long tube headers with Y-pipe for LT1 (92-96) motors for the Corvette (not Camaro/Impala/Trans Am) for $775.00. I just inquired whether the Y-pipe they include replaces the cat or not. Don't know if anyone here has dealt with this company before. Let me know your $0.02.
