Power loss update
For those of you that follow such things and offered adise to my power problem I can now report on what the problem actually was.
I had done a fair few mods that should've bumped the HP up considerably but the car was struggling to get good revs, wouldn't spin the wheels and I was having to shift at much lower speeds than I expected.
One day I decided to see what revs I could get - there was a loud 'pop' and the exhaust note changed. I later found a chunk of pre-CAT (I have no main CAT) sticking out of the back of the exhaust.
Now the car really flies and I hope that the performance will pick up further when the pre CATS are both chopped out.
Morale of the story: Check out your CAT systems there may be a good few HP lurking in there!
