FYI No A/F gauge on the market using a stock type O2 sensor is accurate to use as a tuning tool. Its only accurate at 14.7:1 A/F ratio. You need a UEGO sensor (from Honda) and some sophisticated electronics to get an accurate wide band O2 sensor. I bought a kit from someone on the EFI site and a sensor for $175 on E-bay. When I have the time I will assemble it. The closest thing is a $10,000? meter from I think Horiba.
Here's a new one that just came out and I have been hearing some good stuff about it. Haven't got one yet myself but may get one and do some comparison at the dyno.

This one looks really good and price is good.
Anybody here use it?
I have one but the hardware is still being refined. They are shipping me an updated one today so I will be testing it at a track rental this friday. I can say that their customer service is excellent.
The cheapest option that's yet to be tried is using the Bosch LSU4 sensor from innovate that's only $59....YES! $59!!! and then use the $100 DIY-WB kit. Unfotunetly the DIY kit uses the NTK sensor and it's still ~$150 for that sensor.

The Techedge unit uses an NTK UEGO sensor and looks very much like a knock off of the kit I bought. Note Tech Edge is an Australian company so tech. support may be little tough. The innovation unit uses a Bosch wide band sensor so if designed properly it should work.

Their new version supports both types of O2 sensors.
