I know Hooker sells a front y pipe that is made specifically for their headers. I doubt your existing pipe will fit any long tubes. It would be a very nice performance improvement for your 383 though.
Wish I could us the long tube headers. On my '84.
But down here in Southern CA. NoWay.
Can you use them up there, even with your smog laws.
Just would like to know.
Thank-You

I'm actually Living in Ontario... but my car is still licenced on the Quebec side.
The province of Quebec don't perform any emmision testing "yet" but I've heard they might start in the next couple of years.
In Ontario, if you car is older then 1997 you have to go for testing every 2 or 3 years ?? I think  no to sure about the Ontario rules.
To be honnest with you, the testing isn't very strick I've heard in Ontario... and even if they start the testing on the Quebec side.... by then I'll probably have my car insured has a classic car and has most states or provinces "classic cars" don't need any emmision testing done.
I'll find a loop hole somewere or somehow when the testing beggings in Quebec one day. :)
