Default Borla Muffler Inserts?

I have heard that blocking off one of the tailpipes on each side of my Borla mufflers would help reduce/stop the resonance I have. Does this really work, and if so are there inserts I can buy or do I have to make them?

On some Borla's only one tail pipe is functional

As far as resonance, welcome to the Borla Deaf! I understand a cros over pipe in the rear Y pipe helps

Well my set both tailpipes on each muffler are active, can see straight thru the thing. I love sound, except when under about 65mph. I do have the cross-over pipe. I had that put in with the mufflers. So can't compare without it. Really annoying resonance under acceleration between 1200-1500, once you get to about 1700 its all but gone.
I've done the other "fixes" like crossover pipe, moving the muffler tips as far back as possible. This is my last idea.
