Valve train noise?

Valve train noise?
Hey all, this morning I noticed a light sound ( not tapping, but almost)
from the passenger side bank rear. Sounds like it's coming from just
under the valve cover. What am I looking at here? A rocker arm?
Adjustment? This noise does not change intensity under load or
at idle. It sounds almost like an air leak, but I dont think it's an
air leak though.. Performance hasnt been affected and I dont
see any smoke coming out of the exhaust. Ideas? Thx

I had the same question a while back. Every one told me it was the injectors making a ticking sound and that it is normal. If you place the end of a screw driver or a ratchet on the injector and the other end to your ear you can hear it very clearly. Its a great way to check out other sounds from the engine also.

I read a very interresting article yesterday that pointed at poorly made oil filters causing valve train noise. The results of the article pointed at the Mobil1 Oil filters as being the best as far as construction and filtering.
