Default Bone Stock 1993 vette....

I was wondering if anyone had a list of mods that would increase the cars (1993 vette) hp/tq. If you have any ideas please post a link of where I can obtain the parts.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did I see post #1? If so, WELCOME ABOARD :hurray:

First question is simple, how much can you spend? Is there a time crunch?

How's the Vette running now? For some higher $$$ go to http://www.moreperformanceinc.com and look for packages. To me, except for small add ons, packages are the way to go as they have already been researched and tested.

Remember, we at the forum can spend your money faster than Uncle Sam can print it. :lolg:

I see you're a student. That comes first!

uh, hi. Welcome.

that is a loaded question... what is your budget?

Supercharge? normally aspirated? stroker?

This is a chevy small block... it's easier to list what is NOT available for it...

Thank you for the reply and the welcome. Money really isnt a huge factor, but I would prefer bolt on mods to minimize the cars downtime.

Is it possible to remove the cat converter, or will this create problems with my air flow sensor?

Okay some easy bolt ons: Headers (long tube or shorties) let the debate begin :boxing Roller rockers (1.6), Head work, but that means time down. And if doing this, might as well go with a cam upgrade. Get your self a K&N air filter and don't get that stupid air foil that goes in front of the TB. A good cat back exhaust like we have on the forum (check in the general discussion side) How's your state on emmissions? This will help you with the CAT problem. You could always find someone to upgrade your gears.
