Muffler eliminators ??
I've aquired a '85 and want to play with the exhaust alittle ( but cheaply) while I'm refurbishing her. Is there an outlet for Muffler eliminators which can be ordered , or do I have to have them made at a muffler shop ? Thanks

A number of mail-order houses sell muffler eliminator kits, but you can save your money and just have a ma-and-pa muffler shop saw off the originals and weld on straight pipes. Go for it - I did two years ago, and I'm glad I did!
